My name is Gary Scott Adwar, Founder of Ocean Blue Luxury Homes. I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself, so that when the time comes for you to purchase your home, you will feel comfortable engaging the services of my company.
I grew up in Long Island, New York and come from a great family that still resides on the east coast. I graduated from the University of Miami and then law school at Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York City. I moved to Santa Monica, in 1992, and established a very successful law practice with an emphasis on contract law. As a transaction attorney, I reviewed, negotiated and drafted many complex and sophisticated contracts.
In 2002, I did some soul searching and wanted an even better lifestyle for myself, so I sold my law practice in Century City and took up shop as a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker in Malibu. I’ve enjoyed much success representing clients in connection with real estate transactions in Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and local areas.
During the twelve years since joining the real estate profession, I have distinguished myself from many of the other local Realtors via my ability and willingness to “listen to my clients needs”, my willingness to go the extra mile for my clients and my adherence to the utmost in confidentiality and integrity.
It’s never been about the quick sale, but the long lasting relationship that I look to build with my valued clients.
